During these (6) years, Ma Bo Ma successfully surmounted numerous challenges and issues from various solar projects with intelligent decisions as a Project Engineer.

This video was produced to honor ahead of International Women in Engineering Day which falls on June 23, and to recognize the surprise celebration for her (6) th Anniversary.

Phlinh Saly, a Cambodian university student, shared her remote working experience with Indigo Energy for 3 months. She joined Indigo Energy as a technical intern through the Clean Energy Internship program by EnergyLab Cambodia.

Our marketing intern shared his experience with Indigo Energy

Veasna Vunn applied for an internship position at Indigo Energy through the Clean Energy Internship program by EnergyLab Cambodia. Then, he got the opportunity to work as a marketing intern at Indigo Energy for six months. Veasna is a diligent team member, and we hope that he will continue expanding his horizons through more experiences.

Dos and Don’ts for applying to Indigo Energy

Here are some tips for you to read before applying to Indigo Energy. 

  1. Do read all communication from us in detail.  This includes vacancy announcements, tests, interview results, etc. 

  2. Please do not apply from Facebook and LinkedIn job features.  We will NOT review your application.

  3. Please do not apply from email/Viber/Whatsapp or other communication software. We will NOT review your application.

  4. Do not call us outside working hours. If you have questions you can reach out on Viber/Whatsapp.

  5. Do make your resume/CV on one page. A rule of thumb is one (1) page for every ten (10) years of experience. 

  6. Do dress professionally both in video and in-person interviews. 

  7. Do research Indigo Energy including what we do, who our clients are, and what our vision is. 

  8. Do bring a printed copy of your CV/resume to in-person interviews and have your CV/resume ready to share during a video interview.

  9. Do read the whole email carefully and reply back with a proper answer as described in small details in the email when we give you tests after case interviews.

  10. Do read the description of the events carefully in the email after receiving calls for video and case interviews. There’s a reason there’s no empty space in the description.
