We, as project developers, initiate new solar power projects and provide activities including site selection, negotiations with the land or building owner, the permit application and grid connection, and acquisition of financial resources.
In this OPEX (or PPA) business model, Indigo Energy invests in the solar system and installs solar at the client’s rooftop. In addition, to ensure the solar equipment and system works at optimum efficiency, we take responsibility for all repairs and maintenance. The client does not need to invest in the solar system on his/her own and can reduce the electricity bill by entering a 15-25 year agreement.

Our Investment Partner
In November 2017, Indigo Energy signed a Developer Services Agreement with Constant Energy, a renewable electricity generation and storage investment platform that invests and manages high-quality power assets in selected countries. This partnership allows Indigo Energy to draw upon the experience and financial backing of an experienced player in the solar power generation space to build projects in Myanmar.
Constant management has been specializing in private power projects since 1995. In 2017, the founders of Constant Energy sold their former company to JP Morgan. Ever since 2012, Constant Energy develops, designs, finances, builds, owns, and operates large-scale solar projects including rooftop solar, ground-mounted solar, and floating solar projects under Feed-in-Tariff and Corporate PPA. Constant Energy primarily focused on Southeast Asia and now operates throughout Asia.
